- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS once your order ships.
- We ship Pan India via trusted courier partners.
🛡️ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
- Record a short video while opening the parcel. An unboxing video showing the sealed packet and the issue is required for damage and wrong-item claims; claims without one are reviewed at our discretion.
- Report it within 3 days of delivery — message us on WhatsApp or DM @tanishvi_kids_factory_outlet with your order number and the video.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
- We don't offer size-based returns or exchanges — please check the size guide before ordering, and size up if in doubt.
